Everything you need to know about photographing your wedding, from the first conversation to the finished collection.
What is your photography style?
My style blends elegant portraits with natural, unscripted moments full of emotion and personality. I work discreetly, anticipating those fleeting moments that tell the real story of your day.
How long after the wedding until we receive our photographs?
We aim to provide all of your edited images in an online gallery within 4–6 weeks after your wedding date, although many couples receive theirs sooner. This may vary during peak wedding season.
How many photographs do we receive?
I don’t limit your wedding memories to a set number of images. Every wedding is different, so you’ll receive a carefully selected and individually edited collection that beautifully tells the complete story of your day.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes, I regularly photograph weddings across the UK and internationally. Travel arrangements are discussed individually depending on the location and coverage.
Do you cover other events leading up to the wedding day?
Absolutely. I can photograph as many of your pre-wedding events and celebrations as you require, capturing the moments and traditions that form part of your complete wedding story.
Do you offer consultations?
Absolutely. We can meet in person or online to talk through your wedding, get to know each other and discuss how I can capture your day exactly as you envision it.
How do we secure our date?
Dates are reserved once the booking fee is received and the agreement is completed. Until then, availability cannot be guaranteed.
When should we book you?
Popular dates can book up well in advance, so I recommend getting in touch as soon as your date is confirmed. Some couples book me up to two years ahead.
Do you offer wedding albums?
Absolutely. I offer beautifully crafted wedding albums in a range of sizes and finishes. You can include one in your collection or order one after your wedding.
We are not comfortable in front of the camera. Is that a problem?
Not at all! Most couples tell me the same thing. My approach is relaxed and natural, helping you feel comfortable so you can simply enjoy your day.
Do you direct or pose us during the day?
Only when needed. Most of the day is captured as it naturally unfolds. I won’t turn your wedding into a photoshoot, but I’ll offer subtle guidance when it genuinely enhances the image.
Do you provide videography/cinematography?
I specialise in photography only, but I’m more than happy to send details of the excellent cinematographers I work alongside.
